Operational
Non-financial operational data: clinic setup, scheduling, rooms, and notifications. Appointments have their own subsection — see Appointments.
clinics, reminder_protocol_usage, and reminder_protocol_usage_items are referenced below because they're part of how this data connects, but none of the three currently appear on the All views granted-access list. Either that list is out of date, or these aren't actually exposed to client Redshift connections. Confirm with the data team before building a report that depends on querying them directly — everything else on this page and its subpages is on the granted list.
clinics — clinic information
- id referenced as clinic_id on the large majority of views in this space
- name, timezone, unit_system, address/region/city — practice profile
- package, is_trial, is_test, type — account status fields, useful for filtering out test/trial clinics from a multi-location rollup
- account_manager, account_executive_id — Digitail account ownership, not clinic-configurable
clinicvetmapping — vets mapped to a clinic
- clinic_id → clinics.id, vet_id → vets.id
- vet_role_id, is_vets_default_clinic
- is_available_for_appointments, is_visible_on_calendar, is_part_time — scheduling-relevant flags not previously documented here
roles_for_vet_permissions
Not previously documented here. Clinic-defined role titles (title, slug) used for permission assignment — immutable flags system-default roles that can't be edited or deleted.
rooms, custom_events, diary_categories
Not previously documented here — see Rooms & Calendar Events.
Notification timing — notification_periods and clinic_notification_periods
Not previously documented here.
- clinic_notification_periods — clinic-level configuration: period, period_type, notification_type — e.g. "send this notification type 24 hours before."
- notification_periods — the actual scheduled/sent notification instances: object_type/object_id (polymorphic reference to what triggered it — an appointment, a reminder, etc.), is_sent, send_at, status, reason.
Reminders
